I was getting ready to replace my muffler and I was gonna get the normal Borla or Magnaflow. Now both of these are brands that I know and like. However, Recently I have seen Aero Turbine mufflers. I have been told by a few folk that these are really nice mufflers, but, I have never actually heard or expereinced one personally.

I would like to know, Are these any better that the magna's or borla mufflers?

 

i think asking this is like asking which oil people prefer. different strokes for different folks. i have the AT3030 on my 04 and i had one on my 05 i love them. here are a few pics. i was supposed to put a sound clip up but i dont have a video camera.

I don't know what kind of sound you are looking for but I was looking for something not to loud at idle or cruise but had some throat to it when you put your foot in it. I'm 46 and too old to be shaking my neighbors windows or waking them up when I start the thing. If it helps, here is a link to a previous post of mine with a few sound clips. I have an 06 Hemi QC and I bought the AT3030XL and took it to the shop and had them simply cut the stock muffler out and put this one in its place. I also left the stock resonater on.

i have the AT3030, and I LOVE it. amazing sound. real nice low grumble at idle, and it really screams a nice deep tone with just about any amount of throttle. next to no drone as well. i recently dumped my exhaust right after the rear axle, and i feel it made it a little louder, and you can hear it inside the cab more as well.

 

I really enjoy my Aero. I think it sounds great.
