Default Brake Switch Interlock issue

I am currently having intermittent problems getting my 03 Ram out of park. I usually have to stomp on the brake pedal a bunch of times before it will let me shift out of park. My brake lights work fine when the brake pedal is depressed so I think it has to be the brake switch interlock solenoid. Can anybody tell me what color wire is going to this solenoid from the brake switch. I want to check to see if it is the solenoid or the wire leading to it. Any suggestions or ideas would be great. Thanks

There's a thread about this same type thing over on the Charger page, I was just reading it as my wife's Charger did this to us last night. Her car is at the Dodge dealership today, but I wonder if it's the same problem on the Rams. I'll ask the dealership when I'm there today.

Evidently it's a different issue. The Charger, 300, Avenger, Nitro, and something else have been having problems with a little plastic clip breaking on the shifter that causes this problem.

On the Ram, maybe this ties into the central console controlling everything?
