Has anyone modified their stock bezel (1.5 DIN, non-Nav) to fit a double DIN aftermarket unit?

Just wondering how easy it is to do this if it is possible at all - since the Nav bezels are over $200 here at the dealers.

its been done quite a few times. if you do a search for double din, it will bring up a ton of posts about the subject.

 

Found a bunch on bezels that are for '05's and older but will keep searching for '06+

Mostly the same I'm sure except for the curved cutouts on the '06+ bezels.

 

Because you have not added your truck in you profile IDK what year you have. If it is 02-05 then you can look in my sig and see all of my pics of when I did my double DIN conversion. If it is 06+ then just go to ebay and look for a NAVI bezel. They are cheap.

ebay is where i went for my bezel.. i paid like 100 i think but mine wasnt woodgrain the silver ones cost more.. theres pics in album if you want to look
