Which one is a better engine and what is the differance? Just the MDS..?

D = 5.7L V8 CYL Magnum Gasoline (EZA)
EZA 5.7L V8 MPI Hemi Engine @ Looks like the Mega Cab only comes with this engine...Just like the Mods said.

2 = 5.7L V8 CYL HEMI Mul Disp Gasoline (EZB)
EZB 5.7L V8 Hemi MDS Engine

Also I got my build sheet today that was super fast.

 

You can say "just the MDS", but that involves a whole bunch of oil passages, solenoids, special lifters, extra wiring and special computer programming. You CAN disable and/or remove the MDS through an 08 engine. I don't think you can make it run right with the 09 redesign (I'm still trying to figure out how to retrofit the higher flowing cylinder heads from the new engine to mine).

Is there something wrong with your current engine?
If I were you, I'd want a Hemi w/out MDS since that is what your truck comes with. i disabled mine as I think it's pointles unless you live on the flats or have a 2wd. It's just not meant for heavier 4wd's IMO.

Ohh....If you haven't ordered the BullyDog controller yet.. Don't. Superchips and Diablo blow that crap outta the water.

 

bully dog is great for deasils but ya im with dogg on this one for the gasser
