Default Truck doesn't idle properly.

I tried searching the forums for a similar thread but I couldn't find one so I will explain my situation. I have a 07 Dodge Ram 1500 QC with the 5.7L Hemi engine.

Recently when the truck idles in park or in drive, it starts shaking from time to time. Its not a constant thing but I can tell its not normal. It almost seems like the engine wants to stop running but it keeps going. When I am driving I have no issues with it. It only happens when I am stopped or idling.

I have brought it in, they did a tune up on the engine, replaced the spark plugs, flushed the engine, flashed the ecm chip and check the fuel injection line or cleaned it (not sure about the last one, i will have to check my papers).

After all that its still doing the exact same thing. I am not sure what to do next so thats why I am asking here. Sorry for the long post but any help would be appreciated. If you have any questions just ask and I will try to answer them.

Thank you.

Can a dirty or bad throttle body cause this? Not sure if that will be it since it's an 07, its fairly new.

The RPM's dont fluctuate when the truck is idling. The truck idles between 600 and 700 RPM

Yep and the first time I cleaned mine, it was nasty, with 23,000 miles on the truck...
