I have a broken ecut out from DHM, this time it was my fault I think. I took my truck sand dragging and the back brackets holding the exhaust in place broke which allowed my exhaust to flex too much and bent the motor on the cutout. Not sure if DHM would fix that for me and what they would charge. Or if I can fix it myself. The motor looks ok it just pulled away from where it is mounted on the cutout.

 

you should weld all of that together problem averted

 

I have taken mine fully apart before and cleaned it. Just soak the bolts with penetrating oil and be careful on those small torx screws that hold the butterfly to its shaft. They will strip easily.
