Default Wheel Spacers

I need a little advice. I tried the search and I didn't see anything that helps me out. I have 315/70/17 BFG's on a 4.5" offset rim. I have a 2" leveling kit and a 3" body lift. I want to put 35's on but the 315's only clear by a hair now when the wheels are turned about 3/4 of the way. My question is if I get a set of 12mm wheel spacers, will they push the wheels out far enough to clear with the 35's?

Just to be clear...315 is the tire width. It has nothing to do with tire height. Height is the aspect ratio of the width. which is 70% of 315.
315/70/17 are 12.4" wide and 34.4" tall. So your not dealing with much more width if any at all. Just .5' in height.
4.5" BS should be enough to clear those as-is???
maybe the problem is your wheel width?

The wheels are 8" and I'm almost certain the 315's are 33 1/2" tall. An inch and a half overall will net 3/4" closer to the wheelwell, right? I only have a half inch to play with as it sits now. I'm trying to visualize them pushed out the 12mm at the 3/4 turned wheel. Just curious if it will help.

the 315's should be 34.4" as dirty dog stated unless they are worn out, and yeah with a 2" level with 3" body you should no problems at with a 35" tire with that 4.5" back space.

a 315/70/17 will be considered a 35" tire from most manufacturers so going to a 35 is only going to get you .5 in more or .25 on each side and you will not be able to notice the bigger tire by your eye at all and in my opinion is not even worth it

Ok, thanks guys. I'm going to swap my 315's over to the wife's wrangler and tuck the 35's under the truck. That 1/2 inch is going to make a helluva difference. There's quite a few car wash places that already moan and groan when i pull in the driveway. They really need to hire taller blonde girls.
