Default CCFL halo projectors VS stock

Alright...ive been looking to black out my truck and first thing i wanna black out is my headlights. I always heard that the projector lights they sell on ebay actually have less light output than stock, meaning youd see better with your stock lights. Is this true? (for people who have made the switch). Now...If it is true...I tthink i would like to install 8000k HIDS in the projector as well as the highbeam...a bixenon if possible. Is this possible? What I REALLY want is blacked out oem heads...which they do make and they are ugly as all hell, and slap HIDS in those, but they are just to ugly. Ive even heard they make headlights where even the chrome reflector is black, but a black chrome so it still reflects, wether this is true or not i dont know...i have a hard time beleiving it because your bulbs are only as good as the way they reflect off your headlights.

Give me some feedback and let me know...so far ive only seen 2 different types or projector halos.

Also..I want to put a pencil beam into where my foglights are with some HIDS also...where can I find good pencil beam lights that will fit in place with my oem precut fog holes in the front bumper?

You could retro some projectors into your existing housings and paint the headlight internals and shrouds black.

Those would be better than ebay projectors.
