Default HID Fog Lights (Unique Case?)

Alright all you Dodge guys, got one for ya! I bought some JLM HID's off of Amazon and they seem to be a really nice kit. Wired everything up, and everything works great. So it's been about a month now and my headlights still work, but one of my foglights has a mind of its own. Only my passenger side foglight will come on when I turn on the fog lights now and both headlights still work great. If I turn the foglights on 10 times, the driver's side foglight will maybe come on 1 time. Maybe 10 times. It's pretty wild. No loose connections, I can't imagine it being a bad ballast...where do I go from here? Anyone else had this problem? Thanks for looking into this! I've search the forums, but never found a case quite like mine. Thanks guys!

Oh, and another thing I should probably mention. I tapped a resistor into my headlights and they work great. I have not tapped a resistor into my fog light wiring. Should I do this? It just got cold here where I live, so maybe they worked great in warm weather, but it takes more juice to fire it up when cold? Just brainstorming...need help! Thanks!

i dont know about the not comming on problem but from my understanding you dont need resistors for the foglights, do you let it warm up or are you just flicking it on and off?

You dont need anything for the fogs, maybe one of the ballasts is dieing.

It could be its not getting enough power. I tried putting hid in my headlights using the stock wiring and they would not work b/c they didnt get enough power. I had to wire them off the battery using a relay and they work great.
