Interior Light cutting off too soon.

My interior light shuts off about 5 seconds after the door is opened. I have a 2006 Ram 1500. Anyone know how to adjust the interior light?

I dont have a book. Anyone know how to adjust this??

You can retrieve a manual from Dodge. There's probably a timer that needs attention.

Common complaint in 06 rams. In my truck if I turn the dimmer switch up it stays on approx 30 seconds. If I leave the dimmer off the lights only stay on a few seconds.

Yep, my '06 used to do the same thing. Disconnect the battery for a few minutes. I did this and it's been fine ever since (2+ years ago).
