Magnaflow muffler #
Right now my truck just has a single glass pack that splits into twice pipes dumping out the back. I don't really like it and I want to install a Maganflow muffler.
It will need to be single in/out, since my pipes split behind the muffler. I just need to tone my truck down alittle. Also, low drone at hyway speeds would be nice as well. After having Flowmasters on other trucks of mine, I will never own one of them again.
Any suggestions on size, part #. Thanks.

Update: After inspecting the pipes on my truck they look alittle rusty and I think it's time for a new system. I think I'll go simple, single in/out all the way. Anyone have a system to share? Thanks.

My magnaflow is a pn# 12198 it's 14" SI/DO ,just turned out to a dual side exit, left the front resonator in place, sounds about perfect for an MDS truck,if you don't have mds you might want to lose the resonator. References below....
