If everything has been cleaned and replaced, then do the test over again. Actually log the miles so you know exactly how far you went and start with a full tank. When you refill the tank take the number of miles you drove and divide them by of gallons you put back in the truck.

the rams hav a 2 gallon reserve tank. so after you light comes on and your overhead reads 0 you still have a bout 2 gallons in the tank. i used to run my 3.7 about 40 miles after the light came on every time when i drove to colorado every week. i never got more than 23 in the tank. i had the trip laid out two stops and i was in rifle. make you a power wire i am seeing a 1.5/2 mpg difference driving easy

Tire pressure is right around 36 or something just enough to keep the tire pressure monitor off....im running the SC 91 tune. Could a egr valve be that bad??? it hasnt thrown a code or anything but would it if it was bad???
