Default exhaust component questions

Ok, so ive got my LTs, Ive got my two DMH cutouts, Ive got my 4" tips.

The question is what mufflers to get and although I will likely use Magnaflows this time around, there are a few Qs I have about them.

With my cutouts closed I would like a deep rumble. With the cutouts open.....well.....we all know what cutouts do and thats fine.

However, with the Magnaflows, which would be better? The oval traditional muffler style or the round 4" style like the Aeros'? Also, how does the length of the muffler affect the sound?

I would get the round magnaflows instead of oval....i had the oval and thought it was to quiet...as for the length effecting the sound i would imagine it would just be a more mellow tone until it got into the rpm range.

I will be ordering online because its just normally cheaper that way than to buy anything local around here.

The price of those Aeros is too much for me. The 2525 model is like 125+ and keep in mind I need two of them. The 2525XLs are even more costly. Ive got a little money to spend but not like that. LOL

The Magnaflow models I was looking at was 10416 (14"), 10426 (18") and 10436 (22"). IDK what those longer ones would sound like.

Generally the shorter the muffler the louder it will be, the longer the muffler the deeper it will be. Also Round is louder than oval. If I was you I'd probably go for a mid length oval one. Those headers are going to increase the sound of what ever you put on too...

Weed, I have a si/do 14" 5"x8" PN# 12198 oval style, with the front resonator left in place because of the MDS.I would think the round style would be a little louder, and maybe easier to fit in tight spots since you are running 2 of them.
