Default Question on key activated alarm

Does anyone out there know how to get the horn to stop activating when you hit the alarm button on the key? I've got a 2006 2500. My wife's 06 Charger doesn't do this - it merely flashes the lights. If I could get the Ram to match that, I'd be a happy camper.

Thanks!

The horn chirp feature will be shipped from the assembly
plants activated. If desired this feature can be disabled by
using the following procedure:
1. Perform this operation while standing outside the
vehicle.
2. Press and hold the LOCK button on a programmed
(i.e. functional) key fob.
3. Continue to hold the LOCK button, wait at least 4
seconds, but no longer than 10 seconds, then press and
hold the PANIC button. Release both buttons at the same
time.
4. To reactivate this feature, repeat the above steps.

Its very easy i did this last week because it annoyed the heck out of me....all you have to do is go out side and press and hold the Lock button and hold it for more than 4 seconds but less than 10 seconds then you press Panic button while holding the lock button down then you release both buttons at the same time and if you want to turn it back on all you have to is repeat the same steps.
