You can do them from top and bottom. I know I saw someone with them. Not sure if it looked good or not. You could also make a bracket that sticks out a little to mount all four behind the grill.

I recently switched from the regular 500s to the 500ffs....the 500 is just a direct spotlight beam. The free form is more like a regular headlight. I bought the kit on eBay for like $57 shipped and everything. I then put some 3000K yellow H3 100W bulbs in them. They look really good.

Where do I find the 100w bulbs and what comes in them out of the box? Also when you guys said something about HID's were those for your headlights or the hella's?

55w out of the box. if you want hids you might as well do them in all of the lights. hids in the heads and fogs would outshine the hellas. to do hids in the hellas you will need the same kit as the fogs

I don't have stock fog's that's why I want something with a wide beam pattern and something that will shine way the hell out there like a high beam but better. So how much brighter is the 100w bulb in the ff's, and would I have to turn em off to oncoming drivers?

The Hellas have an H3 bulb. The stock fogs are 9006.

It depends on how high you aim them.....if ou want to use them on the road, then do not aim them high.....You should also get a set of OEM fogs. They really help out. I was surprised on how much they helped.

Night and day as far as brightness. Hella 55w is like turning your low beams on. Seriously. 100w hellas are like having 4 high beams on. During midafternoon when I installed my hellas, I could not see the 55w bulbs show up on the brick wall 15ft away. With the 100w Hellas, I could see the light on the wall up to 40 ft away. Mid afternoon too. However, you need to upgrade the wiring to run 100w bulbs or else you will burn and melt stuff. Too much current going through the given 18awg wiring.

My link is non existent since the Mods have been moving stuff around. So my sig link no worky????

You cannot drive around in traffic with them on period. Most states have laws against 4 headlights on at once. My 500FF's are still pencil beams compared to my OEM lights. They don't shine left and right but mainly directly ahead so they would be really blinding for oncoming traffic.

The OEM fogs are freakin expensive! At least all the places I looked they are, and then the switch is another 60-70 bucks. I really don't wanna pay that much for em.
