Default Engine light came on :(

Engine light came on and I took it to Advanced Auto to get the code
Cylinder1 misfire
Replaced all my spark plugs
Had code cleared
Engine light back on
Replaced coil over plug (cylinder 1)
had code cleared
engine light came back on
took to mechanic
He checked my work and then checked the fuel pressure no issue found

He told me could be a blown head gasket or a cracked head and quoted me 1500ish. Well, I brought the truck home and did a pressure test on all the cylinders and they all got around 160. If it was a head or head gasket wouldn't I have low pressure or at least it take a bit to get the pressure up?

I was told by a friend that it could be a camshaft or crank shaft sensor. Any one have any recommendations or an opinion?

The truck starts but will miss for a few sec. After this it runs fine. Until the next time it has cooled off.
