Default Tuneup Tips Needed

I've had my 2002 RAM 1500 4X4 for a month now and I'm going thru all the maintenance items to bring it current and I want to get plugs/wires/points/Dist Cap/Rotor/EGR/PCV/ done.

I've read pretty much everythin on here and it looks like replacing the distributor parts and the rear plug on drivers side are the most difficult.

Anyone have some tips and pics on this topic--or should I find a local wrench to do it for me?

you could save alot of $$ if you do it yourself and if your mechanically inclined even a little bit it's really not that hard.one tip i can give you is be patient.don't get in a hurry and don't half a** anything.like the ol saying goes.."if it's worth doing,it's worth doing right".......and by the way you don't have to do the points.there isn't any.just a cap and rotor for the disributor
