Default Sway Bar Opinions

2007 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4
Recently installed rancho quicklift and 285/70/17 tires. Truck seems to sway at highway speeds more than i like. As i have done research on here, lifting the front end raises the center of gravity causing sway, or body roll. Thinking about getting a hellwig sway bar and wanted to know if anyone had put one on their truck that had the stock exhaust and if there we any other issues. Also is it worth the $220 bucks or should I get Rancho 9000 rear shocks first to match the fronts and see if that fixes the sway. I realize it will never feel like a stock truck but there should be a way to stabilize the truck on side to side movements. Thanks for the opinions.

I have the hellwig rear sway bar on mine, mine is tock height though. As far as the exhaust though, I have read from a few places that it will work, the bar itself was designed around the stock exhaust. My exhaust is right about where the stock would be and its close but it works

I also have the Hellwig on mine and it is fine with the stock exhaust but I know that it wont work if you have duals. The guy that I bought mine from had purchased the kit new and was unable to use it because he wasnt willing to have his duals modded to fit around the bar. His loss since I bought it from him for $100.

i would buy the shocks first and if you not happy with that then go for the sway bar. have you checked all the bushings back there? i have the same size tires and a level and my rear doesnt sway at all and i usually take corners at break-neck speeds
