I'm a new guy to start
My problem is the power dlocks and interior lights don't work until key is the running position. So when the truck is running they work, but then there is no power @ the radio, lighter, heater fan or the plug for the scan tool.

I've changed the FCM and the Ignition switch, checked for power @ fuses, as well as the fuses themselves.

Any help with this would be great

 

So I ran a wire from the battery to the cigerette lighter and everything works now!
lights, power locks, radio memory, alarm system.
I'm gonna go to mechanic's place and hook up his scan tool and see if it works aswell.
