are you turning yor wheel when that grunting noise is happening ....that sounds to me like something with your power steering check your fluid....and truckin that truck sounds amazing pure rumble pure muscle and the first vid the lift you get when you punch it nice you need to go to a nonpopulated area with a friend and do some fly bys.......that would be sweet.....great work it coming together very well

All of those clips are with the cutout block plate on correct? Still sounds good. I like it.

Well since you already read the other thread it was a spacer tab that was grining into the header on the passenger side. That was the main noise I was hearing. I still need to go through and top off a few things though so that is on my list over the next day or so.

Yeah that is with the plate on the cutout closed. We started it without the rest of the exhaust installed and all I can say is DAMN!!! It sounded like a harley on startup. But it was so flippin loud I dont think I could ever drive mine like that.

I've actually been really light on the throttle, the sound is just great but up top it does not feel right.
