Cool Steering Rack, Need a new one. Suggestions?

Yup, Well... it is indeed my steering rack that has seem to give out making a horrible clicking, chirping, clunking, rubbing, and all of those other horrible noises. Took it to one of the mechanics that I supply parts too.

He said to make sure I replace it soon as if too much steering fluid leaks out, the pump will burn up.

Anybody ever had to replace one of these things? He wants $100 buck to replace it, which I think is fair. I don't really deal with these kinds of parts so didn't know if anybody had any suggestions. New? Reman? I am not a big reman/used person. But maybe somebody has other advice?
Thanks guys!

Right, the $100 is if I supply my own parts. He knows I can get them a lot cheaper than he can. Said it looked like a pretty easy job, called for 2hrs of labor charge. I'm not complaining about the 100 bucks at all was wondering if anybody had suggestions on where to get a new one, suggested manufactures...etc. I deal mostly with the Radiator a/c stuff.

My friend is a master mechanic, and said he had one on his rack before. He said the longest part of the whole uninstall and install of the unit was the front end alignment. Apparently, its only a couple bolts, and a quick removal of the tie rods and it is out. I would think, based off of what he said, it would be easy to do. Just would need to get a front end alignment afterwards....

i did mine, its a pretty easy job... messy but easy.
i got a reman from advance auto with a lifetime warranty. it has seeped fluid since the day i put it in... i told them about it and they said they could get me another one but they wont reimburse me for the $50 alignment. so for now im just leaving it in and adding some fluid every month or so.
$100 is a good price especially if the alignment is included...
