Look on dodge talk. There is a complete write up in the diy section. Looking back now I wish I would have just bought sole black lights or had unique coatings do them for me

They def were Much harder than I thought they were gonna be. That silicone is really hard. The oven barely softens it but you gotta have your light in there longer than what you think. What i did was pry every square inch and try to get the silicone peeled away from one side. Usually the silicone will peel off the lens side because it's less porous being smooth plastic. That is what you want. The black housing that your prying away with your screw driver is gonna get deformed. A medium size flat head and a skinny shaft is the type I used and it allowed me to peel the bottom lip off without cracking the plastic lens. You gotta keep that screw driver underneath trying to lift the black lip up and just keep inching the screwdriver forward little by little but as quick as possible and keeping pressure out away from the plastic lens edge. You will have to stick it back in the oven atleast once to do it safely. i just see no other way or reason to get it done in one shot.
I started in the middle of the bolt holes and went counterclockwise across most of the top part. Then I pryed it apart a little with my hands. stuck it back in the oven and again that large plastic mount tab keep bending it to see how hot it is. It should be sorta flexible.
Out of the oven I worked the bottom of the light as quick as possible using the screwdriver technique. Then it will steadily pull apart with your hands.
I used a heat gun later on to remove all of the hardened silicone so i could apply new softer stuff for easibility later on.

best of luck
