Default Suspension or steering problem?

I just picked up a 2002 ram sport 4x4 with 70k and I'm having a little issue. During low speed driving over very bumpy roads I can feel a clunking coming from the passenger side. Other wise the ride is smooth. Also at highways speeds above 65 I start to get a vibration and it gets worse when I turn right, but fine when I turn left. I can feel both of these problems through the steering and the gas pedal. The steering has no play at all if that helps. Could this be in the steering or does it sound more like a suspension problem?

Could be either, but the suspension would be more common. Get the passenger side front up off the ground and check the tie rod ends and ball joints for play. One or both are usually the culprit...

Ok thanks. Will it be obvious? Like play in the wheel when moved back and forth?
