Question Lighting ideas?

Well i decided im going to be trying the custom angel eyes from the tutorial posted either here or on dodge talk. Im either going to be going with white or blue led's for the rings, but i wanted to know what i needed to change my regular bulbs to to match the led's. Any input on this??

Well if you use blue LEDs, how do you plan to use blue bulbs?

Here are pics of my custom angel eyes. Click on the link in my sig for more pics

well to be honest i was going to go with blue leds because i think it would look sick, but as far as bulbs i would have just went with like a 10000k hid to kind of match it, but i decided on white leds to follow state laws and all....i think even a white hid would blend well with blue led rings BUT i would rather them match. so white leds with 6000k hids would prolly work?

They would work fine. However, HID bulbs will out-shine the homemade angel eyes and you wont be able to see them in the daylight either.

Go with white. I'm pretty sure forward facing blue lights are illegal.

not in texas im pretty sure. i read about it on another forum, an actual cop from texas was a part of the forum and was telling about how he had searched his whole "rulebook" to try to see if blue was illegal and said he came up with nothing. red, however, is certainly illegal.

I can only tell you about GA and red and blue cant be used here at all (while driving). No streetglow, no LEDs on the hood (ricer), no LEDs on the plates, no where. The ONLY exception is you can have them only if you are parked.
