Default Ball Joints

Well my truck has a knock in the suspension and i'm suspecting it's worn out ball joints. How hard are these to replace? I am NOT going to pay a mechanic for this since I know my way around mechanics of how things work. What are the BEST ball joint for a dodge ram 1500 4x4? I mea ones that can be off roaded and take a beating. I saw that lucky 2500/ 3500 owners can get carli suspension ball joints that are undestructable.

+1 for Moog suspension parts. I replaced the ball joints on my Ram a week after buying it with Moog. All Moog parts I have used on this truck and other vehicles were greasable......except, of course, sway bar end links.
