On an 03 you will not need new/extended brake lines. Once the spindle is separated from the UCA and lower BJ, you can push the LCA down and simply take out the spring.

When you put it back together your alignment may be so far off that you will not be able to drive it. So you may need to loosen the nuts on the tie rods and turn the tire rods to get both tires straight and then tighten the nuts and drive it to the shop for an alignment.

Every time I have had mine apart and back together I have had to do this. I drove out of the shop and into grass and it literally looked like i was gassing it and tearing up the grass.
