Default Driving Lamps

With the previous post about driving lights it got me wondering about this. How many of ya'll use yours on the road and how do you have them aimed? My are aimed where the low beams are. Mine brighten up the center of the low beam on the road. I use them alot when the high beams are on too.

Also do you guys turn them off when passing cars?

I use mine on desolate country roads, sometimes the interstate but not often. I also use them to remind any mouthbreathers they've not dimmed their high beams or they need to move over into the kiddie lane. I never leave them on when there is approaching traffic. Too dangerous.

To answer the aiming question. the right one is pointed at the fog line about 150' in front of the truck. The left one is pointed slightly right and a bit higher.

Thumbs up

Running 300 watts through the grille with long range lights but only in the country or to 'remind' stubborn oncoming traffic to dim.

Yep, hard to drive when your windshield is dripping in your lap.

I always turn my off with oncoming traffic. Im nightblind so I need all the lights I can use. LOL
I can't stand it when ppl run there low beams and fog lamps on a clear night. Thats just about like having high beams on. The cops around here don't enforce it though.
