OK, thanks man. I was just wondering bc I am taking my hood in to my cousin's shop tomorrow to have it painted and even though he said he would do it for free I wanted to give him something for his time. Now that I know how much it would cost if he charged me I have a better idea of what to give him.

It is getting dropped off tomorrow afternoon and he is having the painter do it for me on Saturday. I want to try to get down there and get it on Monday but it just depends on when I have time to make another ride down there.

 

Cant wait to see my future hood actually on a truck!!! Monday is going to be WAY to long of a wait!!!!!!

 

I had never seen that hood before anywhere and now the both of you are going to have the same one

 

I had to give them my truck because it wasnt a perfect fit, which is why is cost that much, it includes taking it off and on making sure the gaps are right, shave the back a little and putting on the grill and making sure it lines up. I am also having them paint the inserts black

 

Dude I told you they were all sold out.

That was the first thing I wanted for my truck saw it in Jan 08 and finally pulled the trigger. There will be a few of us with one on the forum.

 

I can't wait to see it after paint. That is a nice looking hood you found yourself.
