ok new question. do you think the warrenty company or repair facility will be able to tell that i replaced the trans filter and adjusted the bands myself or does it matter?
im still under warrenty for a couple thousand miles. if they found out i did these thing myself would they void the warrenty?

dont tell them anything at all just take it to them and tell them it just started slippin on you believe me you tell them sumthin they will say it was you fault.

that was the plan. just wondering if they could tell or not. everything under the truck is pretty clean, so it doesnt look like i been wrenching around or nuthing down there

i had TONS of issues with the 46re in my 5.9 durango. my inlaws had it rebuilt twice, and it had the same problems you are talking about when i sold it.
