Air Conditioning knobs dont light up

Air Conditioning ***** dont light up
My Heat / Air conditioning ***** dont light up when I turn on my lights. This is very frustrating because I have to turn on my lights to adjust the heat/ac when I am driving at night. What should I do to fix this?

The bulbs on the control panel have probably burned out. Remove your radio bezel, pull the unit out. I believe there are 3 bulbs back there.
Did it start out to slowly dim or did it randomly lose the lighting?
