pulley clicking - video of problem

Default pulley clicking - video of problem

im not a mechanic so i dont know if this is normal but watch this video and tell me what u think. the pulley is always spinning but the end part spins then stops and clicks when it does then starts to spin again

That's the A/C compressor. it spins when it kicks on. turn the a/c Off and watch it then. It does nothing...

In addition to AC, if your defrost is on it will spin like that. Every car does it, well every car with an AC compressor.
