it's not the actual hood. its the insert that attaches to the hood. if he gets it he'll be stuck with an insert that fits on an srt hood, which he doesn't have.

do not buy this unless you have a srt-10 hodd that is missing this part. it will NOT work on any other hood. it is not a scoop like the bumble bees have. if that is what you want search ebay. this fits inside of the srt hood

its just the scoop not the whole hood

would that fit?
Hell, I thought you were getting the whole hood. I passed on a hood because it was missing that piece last year and couldn't find an insert. Yeah, you need the hood itself.

I placed a bid on it without looking closely at the pics. The scratches are no big deal but the four tabs underneath the scoop are broken, you attach four speed nuts to hold it to the srt10 hood, they are usually threaded but on this insert the posts are all broken off. I sent the seller a message regarding this, maybe it'll make him lower the price or pull the ad.

If that's Cleveland pick-a-part, then not likely. They kind of have a monopoly on volume SRT parts and they know it.

That thing will do you no good unless you have the SRT hood.
