in cali you cant have ANYTHING on the front windows. back windows can be painted black if you want, but the windshield and front driver & passenger can't have anything past what the factory gives you

 

wow that really sucks. are they real **** about it?

 

depends where you are really. some areas of san diego the cops dont care, other areas they're quick to snag you. good thing is that it's only a fix-it ticket so no fines unless you ignore it. just have it taken off, go to the dmv to get it signed off, then have it put back on til they pull you over again. if you have a light tint they dont really say anything, but if you're blacked out in the front you're just begging for it

 

my neighbors cops windows on his personal car are darker than mine.

 

my neighbor has a murdered-out suburban (brand new, beautiful truck) but she had her windows like limo tint all the way around. i was wondering how she was getting away with that... a week later the tint was gone from the front windows haha. sucks because it looked so much better before. still a killer ride though, makes me wanna trade mine in for one like that

and since we're talking about tint... a guy i work with has his windows DOUBLE limo tinted and he says hes never had a problem ... guess they dont really care 'round here

 

lol hey i like the 09 suburbans. actually i like almost all vehicles. if its got a motor, drives, or floats, i like it but honestly if i was gonna trade my ram in for an suv it'd have to be a supercharged range rover sport. now those are NICE!!!
