Default Will this Roll Bar fit my truck???

I have a friend back in NJ that has a 2000 shortbed ram with a roll bar. he just wrecked the truck and is trying to git rid of all his extra stuff. i was interested in his roll bar.

(This is where you guys come in)

I dont know if the 2nd gen roll bar will fit my 3rd gen (02) ram? Now before people tell me to not be lazy and go compare measurements...i need to let you know that i am half a world away in afghanastan as i write this...so i cant take the measurements.

I was hoping some might be able to help me with some info and let me know if this would work?

I appreciate your time guys!

PS....Way to go PSU....Shake and bake!

Default measurements

Where does the roll bar mount? In the bed, or on the siderails? I can take some measurements of an '05 bed if you need them.

Curiusgeorge...That would be great. I'd appreciate it. it mounts inside the bed itself. the three measurements i can think i might need would be: the forward side of the bed to the wheel well, the top of the cab to the bed(approx), and the width of the inside of the bed from drivers side to pass side. any others youmight get or think of would be great also. so essentailly your x, y, and z axis measurements.

thanks again

anyone else with some advice?

if you can find out where he got it from you might just be able to go to the manufacturer website and check compatability.
