Several problems just popped up...yours too?
Just as of late I have been having problems. My 2003 Ram 1500 4x4 has just turned 60,000 miles. Everything has been fine till now. Wanting to know if any of you have had similar problems with yours and the fix.
First, right rear brake caliper is now stuck, not the slides, the piston. Got the rotor red hot today, tore it down and found this...had to order one, nobody here locally in central Illinois has one on the shelf.
Second, the heater will not blow on my feet, it will blow out from the dash in your face and defrost only.. anyone got the remedy for this?
Lifters are starting to tick on start up...new lifters needed?
What kinda price are you all paying for the 20 inch tires?

not sure about #1, but i have heard of #2... but i cant seem to remember what it was...
#3... do you have a hemi? if so thats probably the hemi tick which is sloppy valve guides... lots of hemis have it, most dont worry about it, but it COULD cause problems in the future
#4 if youre lookin for a nice 20" tire for all seasons, look into the Cooper Zeon LTZ's they are less than $150/ tire and everyone who has them loves them...

I too have a 2003 Dodge 2500, my heater wont blow on anything but my face. Does any one know how to fix this and I also found a 6 inch crack on the top of my dash board. Does anyone know where I could order one?

Our 05 is at 196K (that was earlier this week, so call it 197K by now), and the ONLY servicing we've done:
2 sets of tires (Goodyear Wrangers @ Discount Tire)
1 front brake change (went metal to metal, so finally changed them. Rear brake are still OEM Stock)
1 Left Front Hub change (shortly after the brake job, the bearing said Seeya)
Drain plugs are starting to slightly leak in back of block
3 transmission fluid changes, 4th soon. Been doing the LSD Diff at same time as trans.

Cold engine noise if 4.7? Possible exhaust manifold gasket /broken stud, or valve lash adjustors, or timing chain tensioner, or piston slap. Make sure you have a very experienced tech diagnosis it. The heater problem is the flapper door in your dash is broken. The dash has to be removed for repairs.
