I think ceramic b/c it keeps the heat in tubes better, w/ stainless it will radiate more into the engine bay. It may not be a big deal w/ shorty headers whether or not they are coated, but even the stock manifolds have heatshields. I've also read that the best gaskets to use are the mopar one's. If you go through w/ it make sure you let us know how it turns out. yea..i got 'em. made the biggest difference in the world with low end torque...but not as much as the muffler swap.





i painted them red and baked 'em. the red lasted for like 2 weeks...now they're white...but still lool cool...lol
