factory keyless entry doesn't work ,and engine won't turn over . radio and dash come on thats it

 

Sounds like either a dead battery, or a bad connection. Check your battery connections to make sure they're clean and tight first. If they are and still nothing, then it's probably your battery.

 

thanks . Connections are clea and tight , battery has 13 volts

 

That's weird. If it wasn't for the keyless entry not working, I could give you a couple things to check out (if it just wasn't turning over), but it sounds like it's something more than just a battery then. Hope it's something simple.

 

thanks spinfreak . guess I'll have to call the dealer tomorow, luckily it;s still in warranty

 

picked up truck from dealer . WCM is locked whatever that means ,luckily it was in warranty . Just thought I'd post this for future info
