If it's a big horn or even an slt I don't see why it has a black bumper. Did you buy the truck new or used? Also the year has nothing to so with whether or not the bumper is painted. You say it's textured, sid someone put bed liner on it?

 

a good painter should be able to smooth it out its called filler primer and then sand it and paint to match and a good place should be able to that with out a problem you could prolly easily do it also buy some filler primer at hell wally world spray it a few times and then sand smooth and lay some match color down.....

 

I would definitely change it out. Maybe because it is not a sport model it isn't painted. But I would think as an SLT it would at least have a chrome one. Maybe it was in an accident.

 

That's what I'm thinking. Big Horn is a upp'd Slt so i don't understand why it has a base black bumper cover unless it has been wrecked or someone covered it in bed liner

i dont see a hemi badge on his truck maybe its because ita base model.....4.7l or even a v6 ? but then again hes got factory 20's it is very odd though....

 

it seems like they dont paint the bumper on cool vanilla lol
