The adjustment for 06+ is definately behind the rubber flap near the grill.

There is nothing behind the "rubber flap" per say itself, but if you look on the back of the headlight housing on the same side of the light as the "rubber flap" you will find the adjuster rod. Rubber flap is on the front. Adjuster is on the back towards the inside just like the rubber flap.

Saying it's behind the rubber flap makes it out to be that if you fold the flap over, then there will lie the adjuster screw that is accessible from the front. Not the case. Gotta go around back.

I stared at my lights for 2 weeks when they were on my bench getting the retro done. i could draw the backside of the housing to a T without looking at it.

Better yet, here's a pic

The adjuster rod is that long thin aluminum rod on the bottom right of the light.

just adjusted my headlights the other night also and its the torx screw behind the rubber flap and its a T20 torx. parked next to a wall and lowered the beam around 4 or 5 inches to compesate for the lift that was installed. finally got tired of people flashing there hi-beams at me.
