Default Leveling truck using torsion keys

Is it possible to do with stock Torsion keys?
if so. how would this effect the ride of the truck?

thanks alot. i was looking on ebay and saw 2 different types of leveling kits.
one was round. and one was a forged key way.. just like for doing a torsion crank.
so is the keyway just a way to waste money compared to the stock ones?
where do thouse round leveling kits go?

The "round" ones you are probably referring to are in all likelyhood coil spacers and are used on coil over front ends, such as the '06+ IFS 1500s.

On a '02-'05 3rd Gen 1500 4x4, torsion bars are used, and keys (and their bolts) are used to "adjust" the front end. Originally put there to adjust for the normal sag of these bars over time, they are commonly used to level the truck out. They will stiffen the front end a good bit, depending on how high you go by virtue of stiffening the torque applied to the bars.
Leveling keys apply the same torque to the bars, although many claim not to the degree that cranking the stock ones do.
