Daystar vs Pro Comp
Well I'm getting a leveling kit installed on thursday and was wondering if there is any difference besides price between the Daystar and Pro Comp leveling kits. I have a 07 RAM 1500 QC 4x4 and ordered 20" XD Rockstar wheels with an offset of -24mm and Nitto Terra Grappler A/T 305/55R20 tires to go along with them.
I read that the Pro Comp leveling kit allows up to a 35" tire but the Daystar doesn't say. I was just wondering if the Daystar leveling kit will work fine with my setup and will prevent any rubbing with the bigger tires I ordered. I only plan on keeping the leveling kit for a few months till I get my real suspension lift and larger tires so it doesn't have to be amazing just good enough to hold me over till I get my lift.
-Thanks

A poly donut is a poly donut... Long as they are the same thickness they will be the same and if there is a difference I'd stay with the lesser of the two anyway. Lot of guys reporting "death wobble" with the coil over front end's leveled.
The lesser height shouldn't matter as long as you can clear those 35s. With 20" wheels and only a level it's not likely you're going to be doing any significant wheeling, so I'd go just enough to clear...

Can you elaborate a little more on this "death wobble" issue Hammer? I plan on leveling'er out one of these days, so any info is good info.....
No hijack attempt OP, this is good info for you too...

its a problem that some guys experience when installing a spacer on their 06+ IFS trucks. the ones with coil overs. when you get up to around 50MPH or so the steering and front end start a pretty bad shimmy and shake.
