Default Remove Torsion Bar To Remove Cats???

I've tried the search and found nothing, so here goes. I'm going to be replacing my exhaust from headers to tailpipe within the next month. I was under the truck durring my last oil change and got looking at the placement of the cat and y-pipe. There doesn't seem to be alot of room to move that thing around in there. My question is, am I going to have to remove the passenger side torsion bar to get the y-pipe out and new one in?? The new one is going to be a direct-fit magnaflow replacement cat.

I know with the hemi's you don't, However, I think this would be a 5.9 specific question.
