Bullet personally I would do a shackle kit in the rear to level things out. Ditch the nerf bars and try and scavenge the entire body kit from a QC SRT 10. Now the stance is right time for new shoes. I would go with a 20" rim still to keep some meat on the sidewall but if possible go a bit wider like the tires on that blue truck that you posted above. Go with a black wheel but something simple and different like a nice classic 5 or 5 spoke rim with a hint or dish. I know this all might be out of your budget but its just a suggestion as to what I would do with my dollar if I had your truck.
