Default New Guy from California

Hey guys,
Im pretty new to this truck world. Ive driven SUVs and Cars mostly but needed a truck since I do a lot of hunting. I frequent the site a lot to get some cool ideas for my truck but just now got around to spending time being a part of this forum. Im looking to lift my truck and was wondering if you guys could point me in the direction of some threads that talk about it?

Thanks!

You can search for some threads by going up top and hitting the search button. There's a lot of threads on body & suspension lifts. Some are even step by step DIY threads.

Rough Country sells a kit for us 2wd's for $900. Its just as good as fabtech or procomp, but you'll spend alot less.

There are plenty of lifts out there for the 2wd. Just the market for lifted trucks just isn't really in the 2wd market. You said you do a lot of hunting so I would suggest as Draco8494 stated and throw a set of MTR's under there and a locker. Is your truck lowered at all currently? It just looks like it sits a lot lower than my 4x4... Nice looking truck though I like it a lot!

yeah, the guy that owned it before me looks like he took the leaf springs on the rear and put them under the axel and then added a set of drop shackles for the back. also, he added some street shocks so whenever i go off road i do a lot of rocking back and forth from the softer suspension.
