Default '03 Ram 1500 4.7 with loud squealing noise in front end

I'm getting really annoyed with this loud squeal thats coming from my front end. It's loud enough that people down the street are wondering wtf the noise is. It only happens when the temp is below -15 c and it happens sporadically. It doesn't sound like a belt is slipping or suspension squeaks, it's almost like someone scratched their nails on a chalk board. Most of the time they are short squeals and then some times they are long drawn out squeals. It only happens while driving and not at idle.

I was thinking that it might be my brakes, so I recently had them checked and they were fine. My concern is that a bearing is pooched somewhere. If anyone has some advice feel free to send it my way.

Thanks
