Like others have said you can file a dispute with paypal. I have had a similar problem on ebay. You'll get your money fast doing it this route. They will ask him for a tracking number and if he can't provide it, they should send you the money back within a week. Also for anyone selling something and using paypal: Always get a tracking number. Without it, the buyer can say you never shipped and you can't prove anything. But good luck either way, it's to bad you can't trust people these day's.

Damn man that sucks. I hate people like that, the guy from the trans shop i took my first coverter to did that just a run around. And his excuse about USPS not giving a tracking number is bs cause they do give them and they ship fast too. Sorry about your luck man, i know when ever i send things i get the person the tracking number the same day i send it.

i got screwed once on another forum... but i was stupid... i lost $125!
but you'd think that for $25 the guy would refund you if he was truly a good guy... but he's obviously a pos. he should be banned and de-balled.

Wow, let me try to address all of this. Keep in mind I was only asking for the 25 out of the 50 because I thought it was a fair compromise if HE AND I BOTH lost out.

Tracking with USPS or even delivery confirmation is less than $2. I agree......NO EXCUSE......

Well, I bought his old superchips from him on 6/22/09. It was shipped to Washington state and I finally got it 7/08/09. so 16 days it took, and he gave me a tracking number. So no issue there. The biggest problem I had is he advertised it as a 3865 but he sent me his old 3815, which I already owned one. I told him that he sent me something other than what I bought and I'd like to send it back and get a refund. He never responded back to me, but luckily I was able to sell it on craigslist for the same price that I bought it. So I paid $275 plus $25 shipping for an outdated falsely advertised item that I already owned and couldn't get my money back. Was the last time I bought anything from anyone on here.
