Default High Beams aren't very good--

The high beams on my 2002 quad cab 4X4 don't light things up much better than the low beams. If I pull the high beams up with the switch on the wiper lever I guess if I hold it both high and low beams are on--I need them to eb that bright on regular high beam

Any fixes that anyone is aware of ??

Are you talking about halogen bulbs or HIDs because thats normally the issue we see with guys running mechanical bi-xenon HID bulbs.

Not sure what bulbs are in it--I assume they are whatever came from factory--I bought the truck a couple of months ago used--

You think I should just get some Sylvania halogens and see what happens?

I guess another alternative is to keep the fogs lights on (if you have any) with the high beams or add some Hellas.
