Default Changing shocks or not

Quick question, sorry but can't really find exactly what I want in the search.

I added firestone ride rite air balloons on my 04 1500 ram truck and I want to crank the torsion spring a bit to level off the truck, (PLEASE DON'T GIVE OPINION ON THIS LIFTING METHOD, TO MANY POSTS ABOUT THIS) My question is should I buy longer shocks since i'm jacking the suspension about 1.5 Inches?

PS I know the front suspension is going to be allot stiffer, I don't care.

PLEASE STRAIGHT ANSWERS.

I ran mine for a little while with just the crank and no issues arose.
If you're really concerned contact truxxx leveling kits and purchase the shock extender brackets they have for their leveling kits
