Maybe contact a local paint store about some graffitti remover. It takes spraypaint of painted srfaces with minimal to no damage so will likely do the same to clear plastic (parents own a graffitti removal company if you need some product names I could find out for you)

 

I say we dont give him any more advice until he posts up pictures lol. I actually have the name of a product that will work perfectly for this situation, that I wont give him until he "gets motivated" to post up pictures
