Default Major problems with v6 6 speed

im new at this , so bear with me. i have tried everything in my power to figure out what is wrong with my clutch setup. currently , if the temperature drops below abotu 15 to 20 degrees 9 which is quite often) , the clutch cancel switch freezes up and will not let me turn over the ignition? ive tried messing around with the switch on the clutch pedal and bypassing it , but i havent had any success with that either! has anyone else had this problem or know what it might be? is there a second safety in the hydraulics on the clutch cylinder? im in some desperate need of help and dont have the money to pay a mopar tech 500 bucks to look at it. can anyone help me?

are you not having success bypassing the switch? or not having any success cranking the motor ONCE you have bypassed the switch?

it still wont turn over after the switch has already been bypassed. i think there might be moisture in one of the sensors and is freezing up in the cold. not sure though
